How do I make these formatting changes?

    I need to make the following changes:

    1. Replace the text “More Thumbnails” with “More Photos”

    2. Replace the post info (date, posted by, leave a comment) with static text (“click for larger image”).

    Can anyone point me in the right direction, preferably filters/actions that can be done in functions.php.
