Notify users when a site or page changes

    I want to offer my users the ability to sign up for “Get notified when a site or page changes, it’s like: “Subscribing to Email notifications of updates to a page content.”

    I want to send my subscribers notifications whenever I change a page they are subscribed to. Is this possible? If yes, how?

    The website is informational and has + 300 pages.
