Pasting content from Google Drive docs?

My wife wants to collaborate with some coworkers in Google Drive docs and occasionally paste some of that formatted content (typically nested bullets, maybe bold/italics) into a WordPress post or page—*not* embed the entire document, which I know is an option.

I know WordPress has a “paste from Word” button that handles the formatting transition, but what about pasting from Google Drive? Should she use the Word paste button? Can she just copy-paste straight into the rich text editor?
