Works well but support is non-existent

I have set up a simple gallery display of videos and still images for a high school film festival site. I find that the gallery and light-box works OK for most “common” JPG/PNG or MP4 files, but there seems to a number of problem cases. It seems if the images are greater than 2000 pixels on a side or 10 inches, the display does not work. On video, there seem to be some versions of MP4 output that will not display video but will output audio – playing the same file thru the media library works properly.

In addition the plug-in won’t do any automatic sorting of the galleries – it’s all manual.

One other negative is that the still display size is determined by the settings – it will not re-size if the image is larger than the screen.

But I have made it work, it’s just not a very robust and complete program. However it is one of the few that does both still images and local video support.

My worst complaint however is that there seems to be absolutely no technical support. I have sent in 3 requests on the above issues and have not gotten one response! I might be able to live with the above issues but with the their state of support I am looking elsewhere.
