Just wanted to let you know that all of my scheduled posts have gone missing from the calendar and aren’t in the unscheduled list. I’m assuming this is due to the 3.8.2 update because it was working fine before I updated.

I can still drag and drop from the unscheduled column to the calendar but I cannot see what’s already been scheduled before my current session.

Thank you for using the Editorial Calendar. I’m sorry you’re having trouble with it. I’ve upgraded all of my blogs to 3.8.2 and it’s working fine for me. Does it work for you on our test blog here:

You said you can drag and drop posts in the calendar. What happens if you create a new unscheduled draft outside of the calendar? Does that show up properly in the calendar?

    Thanks,
    Zack

    Hi Zack,

It works fine on your test blog. For my blog it’s just a blank calendar (despite the fact I’ve posted 4x this week) with a list of unscheduled drafts. Here’s a screenshot: http://aworkofcarte.com/screenshot-calendar.png

Just updated to 3.9 and now this plugin isn’t working at all. Any idea what to do? I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled and still it doesn’t work. Nothing is showing up on the calendar at all. All I’m getting for the unscheduled drafts section is a spinning loader.

I’ve just updated my test blog to 3.9 and everything is working there. Most often when you just see the spinner it means there’s a JavaScript error on your browser console caused by a conflict with another plugin. You might try temporarily disabling other plugins to see if that fixes the issue with the calendar.

    Good luck,
    Zack

Yes, another plugin is causing the issue: Easy Digital Downloads. That’s a big one so I thought you’d might like to know.

Doesn’t work for me either in WordPress 3.9 multisite. Says “There was an error contacting your blog”. Any ideas?

This doesn’t work with 3.9 and my posts are not going thru. Any update admin?

    Hey guys,

The calendar does work in WordPress 3.9. You can see it running here.

    http://www.zackgrossbart.com/extras/sandbox/wp-admin/edit.php?page=cal

My guess is that there is a conflict with another plugin. I would start by hunting that down. If you still have trouble you can send me an email at zack@grossbart.com will some credentials to log into your blog and I’m happy to take a look.

    Thanks,
    Zack

I am also having a problem with WP 3.9.1. Looking through the page debug stuff I’m getting “Uncaught TypeError: undefined is not a function” twice, in edit.php?page=cal:1016 and 1025. I think they trace back to using an old version of jQuery (1.7.1) (Current version is 1.11.1, I think WP is loading 1.10.something).

As for conflicting plugins, the only ones I’m running that have any effect here are JetPack and Wordfence. If I have to look at which plugin to get rid of it ain’t gonna be one of those.

    Hi,

JetPack has some known issues with the calendar and those two plugins are not compatible. I’m sorry about that. We’ve reached out to the creators of the JetPack project and asked them to be less intrusive with the way they load their code, but we haven’t had much of a response.

    Good luck,
    Zack
