Change where my posts are showing

Hi all,

I’m currently running everything fine on my current website, but I’m having difficulty in working out how to adjust where the posts will be.

Currently my site is set up as http://www.mysite.co.uk and everything works ok. But I’ve created a new page for the blog posts and that shows up under a new page called News. The issue I have, is that the blog post names show up as http://www.mysite.co.uk/blogposttitle. What I really want is for the posts to still be on the news page, but the URL to show up as http://www.mysite.co.uk/news/blogposttitle. (note the page name ‘news’, then the post title). From an SEO point of view, this would also be much better this way.

Please help
