Flash not working in post and widgets

    I’m having a problem with my blog… for some odd reason wordpress chooses to tell me that I don’t have the latest flash. for all of my widgets and plugs that use flash it tells me that I need to upgrade my flash player… which I have like 5 times.

    notice the NextGen Gallery on the left and the mp3 plug in on the first post.
