    I am using the Customizr theme, with a child theme active.

    I’m having the same trouble. The entries are hitting the backend, but not all of them are sending email notifications. Please help.

    Same problem here. For us no email notifications are going out.

    Our hosting company looked in to it and for us, it was a Yahoo problem. Part of their response:

    “I’ll see what I can do to get DKIM, SPF, and DMARC in place, and configure your WordPress site to be sending according to those standards.”

    It was the only thing I could think of since I rarely see any responses on the forum here.

    And we still aren’t receiving all apps…this is something that I wish a Visual Builder person would respond to. How can we change the mail settings so something like Yahoo or Gmail will accept all apps that are sent to them?

    The main error message that we are receiving is: The error message being received most often is https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN7253.html?impressions=true

    I have the same problem, but it only works with gmail emails not with our private business emails.

    So I for now setup a gmail address and added a forwarder to our mail email, which is a pain. But it will have to do until either the problem is fixed or I found a better form plugin since the author is nor responding to any questions or problems.
