Do you mean, the Carousel? Or maybe your theme includes a Lightbox?

No, its regarding the “Tiled Galleries”. When you insert a gallery you choose the style, mosaic, circle, square, etc… Well the Mosaic styled “Tiled Gallery” has a hover over that shows the title of the image as well as the ability to click it and open it as a lightbox. How do i disable it from being clickable and showing the lightbox?

There’s no option to disable the Tiled Gallery images from being clickable, but there are a couple of work-arounds. One of these is detailed here, and involves making the cursor remain as a pointer rather than a hand, so the images are not obviously clickable. That’s not a great solution, though, I admit. You could combine it with the following, though. Use this plugin:

and make every image have a URL that consists of only the # symbol, nothing else. That way, they can’t be clicked. Plus, once you’ve eliminated the hand cursor, people won’t even be tempted to click it.
