    Hello,

    Maybe your website has a js conflict.
    Please deactivate useless plugins and see if problem solved or not.
    Otherwise Please open a support ticket and send us your WP admin access.

    I’m having the same problem. I have deleted unused plugins so only the essentials are there but the problem has not been resolved. Rjosefs, did you manage to sort your issue out? If you did, would you mind telling me how please? I sent a support ticket a couple of days ago but it hasn’t been answered yet.
