wget not allowed on my server

Hi ,
Please answer my support ticket number #622317 .
Wget is not allowed on my server , and because of that i am using curl .

If i post immediately the post is giving me a error connecting to database and i have to refresh it to post again .

last time this caused my MYSql Db to crash and wp_post meta table got deleted .

I have scheduled the posts to post every 5 mins but it is not working . I have provided all my login details of my server as well as my wordpress .
Please help me .
