Spacing on website

    I’m having trouble putting spaces between paragraphs and such on my website. If you look at the following link:
    http://johnmorgan.ca/?page_id=81
    you will notice that there is no space between the CBRM Court Submission and the paragraph that follows it. I put spaces when I’m writing the page content, but for some reason the spaces don’t show up. This is what is in the HTML of my editor when I write the page:
