Change links in settings through FTP

So ive got a huge problem. I was changing my WP to a new domain and server. So i followed the instructions and they wanted me to go log in on my old domain and change in setting the links of WP to my new domain so i did. And i downloaded the files and the database and uploaded it to my new. The problem is now noone of my domains are working. I cant log in to the old one since i changed the links and the new one isnt working at all. Just keeps loading for eternity. The admin page works for both but i cant log in on either. The log in page also looks weird with like no images and so on. What is the problem and what can i do??? I did change everything on WP-config for my new website so that is no the problem.
