"There are no upcoming events" Widget Problem

    We’ve had the AI1EC for a couple months now and everything has been working fine and dandy.

    Today I got an update message and went ahead with it. After the update completed and the theme files were done, everything but the widget was working.

    All my events are still there and clicking to view the calendar via the widget goes to the correct page with events, but nothing is showing up on the widget itself. All I get is “There are no upcoming events.”

    I tried removing the widget and adding it back, leaving default options, trying my previous options, and just about everything else there to no avail.

    Any ideas?

    Scratch that – the update actually set all my event dates to the current day. Going through and manually changing them back. Luckily I didn’t have anything important in here.

    Unfortunately, this is for our company’s Intranet site so there’s no way for me to send you a link.

    I’ve gone ahead and placed v2.0 on my test site and it’s resolved the long load times the calendar was/is causing on our live site. Any word on when that will be released in a non-beta build?

    We’re hoping to release it on Monday. But we’ll release it in small batches, so it will be best to say that you will receive it somewhere next week.

    CAShadle was this resolved for you?
    I was using 1.10.11-standard and the widget worked fine and displayed events, but once I upgraded to 2.0.13 the widget stopped pulling in events and only now says “There are no upcoming events.” Just like your issue if I click the “View Calendar” button I’m taken to the calendar page and all my events are there.

    I thought there might have been an issue with the upgrade, so I restored my database to a version prior to adding the 1.10.11 version of the plugin and just install the 2.0.13 version. This however did not resolve the issue.

    This is all on wordpress 3.8.3.
    Any pointers on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.
