My featured images in the post list view (Featured Images Column) are different sizes. I went into the settings and changes the default size but it only affects some of the images, older ones. My newer featured images don’t change in size at all. Can you help?

Yeah that is a typical issue with formerly sized thumbnails. Just install the well known Regenerate Thumbnails plugin.
