Profiles do not display.

    No. You are displaying an actual page, rather than the agent profiles archive template. Trash that page and be sure to empty the trash.

    Once deleted, the agent directory is located at the url listed in the Agent Directory > Settings page. You may need to reset your permalinks after doing the above step by visiting Settings > Permalinks and clicking Save Changes.

    i did this but i am unsure on how to show the agent profile on the live page menu
