removing “No Comments” text

My client doesn’t want comments – so I’ve disabled comments. Fine so for.

but of course, we’re now left with a No Comments link at the bottom of each post which kind of gives the impression that no-one cares about the stuff on the blog – so we want to just get rid of that link all together.

My question is: Where is that text and how do I delete it??
