I originally started using the JetPack Subscription service – but have now moved over to the MyMail pluginin.

I only had 20 initial followers who subscribed through JetPack and I have moved them manually over to the new service – so I would like to delete them from the JetPack subscription list otherwise they will be double-mailed each time I publish a post!

Please can you help me with this? I can find the list of JetPack subscribers under the “JetPack/Site Stats” page but I can’t find any way to delete them.

    Thank you,
    Hsin-Yi

Howdy! You can’t remove subscribers from your list yourself, but you can disable the Subscriptions module, thus stopping the notification emails sent by Jetpack.

You can find instructions to deactivate a Jetpack module here.

    I hope this helps!

Thanks, Ryan! I’ve gone through a million threads trying to find a way to do this, and finally I have an answer! I simply wanted to stop the notifications since I can’t delete subscribers. Thanks mucho!
