Can't protect common files – redirects in parent directory

as soon as I click that button, WordPress redirects me to the parent directory:
You are protecting common WordPress files from access.The structure of my url is:
http://www.hoster.de/name_of_site/wordpressThe htaccess file seems to be okay (with the included <files> section). Any idea what I need to change?
