Pagination bug in 1.0.1

I think there’s a bug in file cp-admin-int-message-list.inc.php line 132

We’re already in a PHP block & the code tries to wrap the output of a parameter in PHP tags.

This breaks the pagination links in the admin message list (eg http://domain.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=cp_contactformtoemail&cal=1&list=1) as the URLs under the page links contain “php echo this-menu_parameter” instead of the correct page name.
