    There are lots of reasons why this might happen:

    1. Did you check your spam folder?
    2. Did you send to a single user, multiple users, or a group? If anything other than a single user, do you have Mass Email enabled for your user?
    3. Have you tried using debug mode to look at the mail headers? Debug mode (on the Dashboard->Settings->Email Users page) will dump a slew of debug information. In it is the content of the mail headers where you can see if the expected email address(es) are present. If they are not, then your User Settings to receive Mass Email and/or Post Notifications are not set correctly.

    Those are some starting places. It is also possible, particularly if you’re running on a Windows server that you’ll need to install a plugin like WP-Mail-SMTP to make it work.

    Does your hosting provide impose email restrictions like BCC usage or number of emails per hour? Could you have run into it if they do?
