• Like the plugin. Been messing around with it a lot, and have successfully changed the form, used the custom.php file, etc… Very flexible. Best thing is the admin screen to adjust the admin notification emails. You have the best implementation of that of any member/user related plugin.

My issue: I need to not ONLY show a message dialog that says “You are being reviewed”. I need to send that in the form of an email notification. I could make due with either the “New User Notification” email or the “New User Activation” email without an activation link in it… but I can’t find a way to enable those when moderation is set to “Admin Approval”.

Can you suggest some way to add a notification email that tells pending users they are pending?

    Thanks.

Is there anyone that has any clues to this? I’m a bit of a noob in this area.

I have been tinkering around but have no idea where to add anything in to fire off a “you’re registration needs to be approved email”.

I’m even testing adding a “complete your registration” form button to the default on page pending message that fires a mailto: but there has to be a more elegant way!

Also thought about interjecting a Gravity Forms form before theme my login, have that form send a notification, then feed the form info into theme my login’s form, but that seems like an awful lot of mucking around. And I can’t get the redirect to work.
