  • Live plugin, for wordpress 2.0 and above. Not sure whether it will work for 2.5.1 but could give it a go?

    doesn’t work with 2.5.1 🙁
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class live0_5 in /home/content/html/blog/wp-content/plugins/live0.5/live.php on line 11

Did you try searching wordpress.org/extend/plugins for an alternative?

Why don’t you try Woopra, read about it here.

IMHO wassup is the best but there are more if you search here

i tried wassup and i like it but isn’t there a plugin that combines currently visitors surfing my blog + unique visitors visited the last day?

i’ve installed Couterize II but i can’t see how many visitors in my blog right now..
I want a plugin with those 4 main features:
    1. Unique visitors per day
    2. Referrers
    3. how many currently in my blog

and if one doesn’t exist, I’d like to hear about the best combination.

    thanks

My Counterize says this on the dashboard:

Total: 151 hits and 88 unique.
Today: 37 hits and 21 unique.
    Currently: 0 users online.

And I can click on the >> for more detailed information.
It doesn’t give the unique visitors per day, that’s why I’m looking around a little more as well, but so far this is the best that I found.

    cool, i didn’t saw that.
Too bad it only shows 5 Most seen referers, i want to see them all.

I really like this one: http://getclicky.com/

I shows unique visitors, page views, which pages were viewed, how they came to your blog, and they have something called spy where you can see which people are online at that moment and watch them as they surf your site

^ can i trust this guys?
    I see here that there’s also a pay version : http://getclicky.com/help/#cost

does the free version has all the features you mentioned?

you should check out getclicky. this is a great tracking service. just paste the getclicky code into your footer. you can even watch live how people naviagte (spy on them…).
