Language specific characters misinterpreted

    The same problem with language-specific characters is also when trying to translate. As long as I have no information so far how to include additional language file, I tried to translate wp-athletics-en.php. This does not support language specific characters that show up on screen as black rombs with question mark. I took a screenshot – you can see it there http://lora.eu.pn/wp-content/plugins/wp-athletics/includes/lang/Lang-chars.JPG
