  • Step1 : Login to your Admin
Step 2: Scroll down to Appearance & Click Editor
Step 3 : By default you land to style/css.php
    Step 4 : CTRL+F “sidebar”
Step 5 : See if there is width and height defined. If not copy and paste your css code here.

this will depend on your currently used theme – please post what theme you are working with.

it will also help if you can provide a link to your site.

    Thanks for the tips guys.
@ravimalhotra, I tried that already, I changed the width and nothing happened.

I am working with Woocommerce, Artificer theme.

    here is my website: http://gradperfection.com/

and if you look, there is an image underneath the slider and that is my issue, I put that into my text widget area and that is the biggest it will go. I would like it to be the same width as my slider.
And the actual image is much bigger but the widget sized it down.

OR, if anyone knows any other way I can add that image under my slider and have it the same width that would be just as helpful.
I am very new to css and html but google has gotten me this far!
    thanks!!
