Broken when you delete posts

After I’ve deleted some posts the tree is broken. It shows only 14 of 111 posts.
I’ve already deleted the plugin, even from the “wp_options table” and reinstalled it. But when I activate it, it still doesn’t work for the posts.
Interestingly it works perfectly for the pages.

Please help, I desperately need this plugin!
