no submit, spinning arrow on IE (not Firefox, Chrome, Safari)

One of my CF7 forms works fine when filled from Firefox, Chrome or Safari, but IE users cannot submit. The arrow keeps spinning.
Fields can be filled and all applicable error messages appear. Only submit doesn´t work.
