  • You can add your styles by adding editor-style.css in your theme folder. After this you need Advanced TinyMCE Config plugin (with this one you can add custom buttons with some classes or other stuff).

    There are plugins that would let you add custom CSS bits to any post of page on the front-end. If you want to add that to all posts/pages, and inside the editor, you will probably be better off by creating a child theme of your current theme and editing style.css and editor-style.css as @korobochkin said.
