Since upgrade circles show squashed pictures

Hi,

I recently upgraded Spun to the lastest version but since this have found that posts with a rectangle shaped featured image appear squashed into square when showing in the circle on the homepage.

This was not an issue before the upgrade. Can anyone help with this, please?
