Should be strictly promoted as Premium Plugin without a "Free Version"

    This plugin has all the functionality you’d ever want from a form builder and more.

    However, form handling is not included in the “Free Version”, which means you can’t use the plugin unless you pay for it. This is totally fine if the plugin was promoted as “Premium Plugin”, but offering a “Free Version” which cannot be used in any working environment whatsoever is just … fishing.

    Free Versions should do what the plugin is meant to do, while saving the extra functionality for users who pay more (that’s the concept of Free vs Paid version).

    Just add a submit button to the forms and let developers code the form handling (no one is asking you to with a free version).

    Wondering how it’s getting 4+ stars with the WordPress community (which usually encourages open source, or at least a working free version).

    Please note that the plugin published here is designed and described for creating forms with dynamically calculated fields to display the calculated values.

    This is useful – for example – for calculating quotes, pregnancy calculators, math calculators, lease calculators and other calculators (like the samples included in the plugin) where the form processing isn’t a requirement.

    We take care about the plugin description to be sure that it matches what is described in this listing, we take care about the features on the calculator and we offer a quality support even for the free version (you can check that in this support forum), that’s why the plugin has good reviews.

    I’m sorry to hear that you are so disappointed with the plugin but the review doesn’t seems to be fair since the plugin is correctly described in the listing and it isn’t meant to create a form with submissions but a form for doing and displaying calculations.

    This plugin works 100% in its free version for creating online calculators of all sorts. This very clear from the description. That is why it is getting lots of 5 stars. Its one of my favorite wordpress plugins, and one of the best.

    I have no idea why Patrick Saad would have said this? I am using the free version at http://cane.com/how-i-was-led-to-save-money/ and I’m elated! I will buy the Pro version or the Developer Version later.
