Help with Pytheas Theme

Hi, my site is at http://www.mycareeradviser.com and i just started using pytheas theeme and I need help.
1. On the homepage where the posts are shown, how can I show the thubnails instead of the words of the post?
2. How do i set my posts to a particular page so when the service tage on the homepage is clicked, it is redirected to the posts page?
3. how can i change the fonts and color on the headings on my homepage?
4. how can i remove the bullet points on the homepage and other pages? coincidentally bullet or numbered points do not show on the posts

5. how do i change the font color of the service tags on the homepage?
