Pre-Purchase Questions

Hello,

I’m interested in the plugin, however I have a few questions.

I need a plugin that will serve as a registration form. Within the form itself, I will need to link to another page (the terms and conditions). Does this form builder support adding links so that I can saw something along the lines of “Click here to read terms and conditions”?

I will also need a database that captures a time stamp of when the form was submitted. Does it have this function?

Lastly, in addition to the form emailing me when someone clicks Submit, I would also like it to send them an email with my own messaging. Can this be done?
