Bug report is not working

Hi. I tried to submit a bug report with W3 Total Cache Bug Report page, but that page is bugged itself, it is not working!

When I hit the submit button, I got redirected to http://www.genovaperte.it/wp-admin/admin.php?page= showing this error caming from WordPress:

“Devi farti autorizzare per accedere a questa pagina.” (that is “You must be authorized to access this page.”)
