I’m not too sure how to do that as I’m on editing on a test server right now.. Is it okay to just copy and past the style.css sheet?

First I like to Thank for the very useful Theme. I’m working on a new Site first time with WordPress. In several hours I customized this theme to my needs. But I still can’t solve one problem discribed above:
On the menu there is a small space between the first and the opening 2nd level. So if the user isn’t very fast moving his mouse, the 2nd level closes on the way down. I tested the demosite and there everything works fine.
Can you give me a hint how I can “move” the 2nd level up without any space? My test-site is under http://test.harmeling.de/wp01.
