What is a “junk tag”? If you mean HTML, it’s probably being sent by your email client — the plugin attempts to retain all the formatting from the original email, but doesn’t always succeed. You could try using a different client, or sending your email as plain text.

Yeah by junk i mean a load of HTML tags that are being thrown into the source of the page and makes it look really poor.
You see i’m trying to use this as a solution to football managers of my club to be able to update match reports field side so they’ll be using their phones and there’s no way we’d be able to tell them to send the mail as plain text etc as they wouldn’t do it.
I was using a mail from Yahoo as a text there and it just put in so much junk HTML.
Is there anyway of cleaning this before it’s inserted?
