Devs good job on 3.8 for people behind proxies

If you look at this post you will see that 3.7 theming was so nonfunctional behind our firewall that I couldn’t upgrade any of our sites. Just tested 3.8.1 today and the theming section is not only working but is working very quick.

So the only thing that we have an issue with behind firewalls is the actual lookup of plugins and themes which has been the case for years. This is perfectly acceptable because it doesn’t disable us from working.
