"FDX_Process::fdx_get_settings() should not be called statically" on 3.8.1

I’ve never noticed this before, but it seems that often the admin screen covers up part of it, so maybe this has been there a while. Specifically, it looks like a strict type check, so it may be pretty minor, but obviously it should still be looked into.
