I’m seeing these odd errors when upgrading from 5.8 to 5.9.3:

Warning: fopen() [function.fopen]: Unable to access /home/XXXXX/public_html/wp-content/plugins/stop-spammer-registrations-plugin/stop-spam-widget.php in /home/XXXXX/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3666

Warning: fopen(/home/XXXXX/public_html/wp-content/plugins/stop-spammer-registrations-plugin/stop-spam-widget.php) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/XXXXX/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3666

Warning: fread() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in /home/XXXXX/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3669

Warning: fclose() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in /home/XXXXX/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3672

I’ve seen this consistantly across a couple different websites that I run on a couple different hosts. All other plugins upgrade without warnings.
