    Hi barbours,

You can use the Tracking ID to see exactly where your votes came from.

For example, if you have a poll featured on two different pages, if you use Tracking ID for one of the polls you will be able to differentiate between the votes and tell which of the polls has generated more votes.

I use a shortcode on a page. Can you tell me how to add the tracking ID to that? Can it be put inside of the shortcode?
    Thanks

    Hey bdollin,

You can add tr_id=”the_text_you_want” so in the end the shortcode should look like this [yop_poll id=”1″ tr_id=”the_text_you_want”]

    Best wishes,

    Hi YOP Team,

I’am having some problems with my yop widget.
When a use a text widget with the short code it seems fine with the border color and everything but the answers shows a little bit too much to the left so the answer checkbox disappears just a little bit. And when a use the regular yop widget everything works fine but i don’t get the color on the border /: What should i do?
Thank you very much for any answers!
