Sounds like you’re having a JavaScript error or plugin conflict.

Does the problem go away if you disable all other plugins? What if you switch to a default theme?

Do you see any errors appear in your Browser console?

If possible, it’d be helpful to get a temporary admin login to your site to debug. It can be emailed to wpforum@pdclark.com.

I have found the plugin !!!
    Nextgen 2.0.58

But when i want to downgrade in version 2.0.57, icons disappear

with version 2.0.40 it seems to be OK

    I’ve got Nextgen too.
Works fine when I disable nextgen.
Bummer. Don’t quite know how to get these two to play nice in the sandbox.

I’m having the same conflict with this plugin and nextgen. Anyone figure out a solution to this?

It appears that this problem cropped up when NextGen added FontAwesome in 2.0.57, but was resolved in version 2.0.63 when NextGen only loaded its copy of FontAwesome when it needed it.

Upgrading to NextGen Gallery version 2.0.63 or newer should resolve the issue. I have verified in my testing environment that the latest version, 2.0.66 works fine, while the version nico4485 reported issues with, 2.0.58 does cause Menu Social Icons to have problems.
