Show Entire Posts (the_content) on front page, not excerpts.

Wonderful theme. Beautiful, highly customizable. Thank You.

I tried quickly to make the front page posts display the full posts instead of excerpts using the index.php located within the theme folder but my limited understanding of php didn’t get me very far.

Wondering if you might suggest a straightforward way to make it such that full posts are displayed rather than excerpts using your theme?
