Gengo redirection (SEO / Google indexation)

Hi,

I have gengo running on my site : http://www.food-intolerance.ca/
I use permalink structure : /%day%/%postname%/

Basically I have /en/ or /fr/ appending to my url.

The problem is my homepage (http://www.food-intolerance.ca/) and my english homepage (http://www.food-intolerance.ca/en/) are the exact same so google simply takes the shorter version. Which makes my http://www.food-intolerance.ca/en/ not index at all in google.

Any hints or ideas as to how to fix this problem ?
