Removing image behine text in circles

Hello, I’m a newbie, sorry to slow you down.

How do I remove an image that is appearing inside my circles behind the title text? I am adding a PayPal donation button at the bottom of my posts, when I do that, an image of the button shows up behind the text (behind the post title) inside the circle on my home page.
