Editing customer-completed-order.php email

Hello,

I am trying to amend the email that is sent out to customers once their order is complete.

The only change I need to make, which seems simple, is to remove the shipping method.

At the moment it says:

Shipping: £18.00 (inc VAT) via Flat Rate

I need to remove ‘Via Flat Rate’

I cannot see how to go about doing this?
