• Installed and received a ton of MSQL errors on the screen as well as the admin panel froze up. I tried several times to install and delete the plugin and had the same results, so I deleted it.

Also, didn’t like the idea of pushing to purchase the pro version. If a user likes what he/she see’s and uses they’ll buy the product. The push to purchase for support and the price are both a BIG turn off.

One other thing to keep in mind, what good is a “restore backup” option if you can’t access the site. This feature doesn’t help much in a case like this.

    Hello bigjake36,

sorry for the Problems with that Plugin, but what for SQL errors did you have?

Support did we do for free users to, but pro users has priority and more.

A Restore can done, in moment, only with standard tools. In near future will will have a restore feature for PRO users too.

I didn’t save the errors that flew across the screen, sorry ! Once I saw the sql error and the fact the plugin was having issues, I removed it and tried again with the same errors. I then simply deleted the plugin to avoid blowing up my site as I had no idea what the issue’s were.
