  • We’ve seen this happen once or twice before when the user’s network has had problems connecting to certain Google URLs. The only other possibility is a Javascript error.

    I’ve sent you an email with some thoughts about how we could track down the problem, and it will probably be easiest to continue the conversation there for now.
