WP User Frontend looks awesome but I was wondering — I only want to allow users to create new post, not to edit.

Can I use this plugin with only the Create option and not the other ones ?

Kalanit,
Do a test where you remove (trash) your ‘Edit’ page which you created and which has the plugin shortcode. Should revert to normal backend edit.
