Autorespond and Broadcast not working for me

I successfully set up Javelin Email Marketingon my WordPress Blog. (Frankhart.com)
But it seems to have limited functionality.
The auto responder is set to send an email two days after someone signs up, but nothing happens.
When I try to send a broadcast it just says it is pending. Whether I set it to post immediately or set a date and time in the future.

Maybe I am missing something? Maybe something is broken?
