I reinstalled the plugin wp-symposium and live chat icon does not display.
(2 years ago had installed some time as a test and it was ok)

version. 14:02 tried with the previous version and is equal

There are so many different plugins and themes for WordPress that the reason could be so many different things. I would suggest you take a look at this page which should give you an idea as to what is happening on your site. Try This First
