I’mve created six layered slides in Responsive. When I go to the website to view after clicking away and then back to the website there is sometimes a very long delay between some of the slides. This is happening on both my computer and my client’s computer at his location (so I know it’s not just local to me).

Any advice or explanation on how to fix this?

  • Hi ABI,

Please could you get in touch using the form on http://www.metaslider.com/support ?

We’re not allowed to deal with Pro issues on this forum. If you could include a link to your site also I’ll take a look right away.

    Thanks,
    Tom.

    Hey there,
I use the FREE Version of Meta Slider and I do have the same Problem. Automatically slide is checked, delay-time is 4000 ms.
But the first slide needs about half a minute before it changes to the next.
    Du you have any help?

    Thanks

Deactivate the hover option and see how that works.

Hi. I think it does work now, at least most oft the time.
But it wasn’t the hover-option. I just played around with the option, unfortunately I can’t even say what it was.

BUT there is a new issue now. I got the option fade. Since today, I discovered, that the fade option doesn’t work on Internet Explorer but on any other Browser. How could that be?
When I switch to Slide, it works on any browser. Why on slide but not on fade??

It’s that site, on landing page:

It’s the newest version of meta slide..
    Thanks.
